Services
Ted's Plumbing & Heating, Inc. provides plumbing and heating installation, repair, and maintenance services. All services are subject to availability and may be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website.
Quotes & Pricing
Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on actual conditions and materials required. Any changes will be discussed with you before proceeding.
Appointments & Cancellations
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours of notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur interest or additional fees.
Warranty
Workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of service. Manufacturer warranties apply for parts where applicable. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unrelated issues is not covered.
Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damages not directly related to our work. While we take great care in performing our services, Ted's Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing safe and clear access to work areas, disclosing any known hazards, and ensuring that pets and valuables are secured during service visits.

Modifications
